GSM 2024 – the 7^th International Grid Service Market Symposium will take place on June 1 – 2, 2024 in Lucerne, Switzerland in the KKL (Culture and Congress Center Lucerne). It will take place on-site, the most interesting and effective way to exchange ideas. However for those, which can not take part in place, it is planned to offer also live and on-demand stream access. Register soon for GSM 2024 to network, generate ideas and start partnerships for the future.

GSM 2024 is again related to the EFCF event on Electrolyser, Fuel Cells and Hydrogen – emerging technologies with high flexibility potential.

GSM 2024 outlines recent developments in the European grid service markets, highlights the regulatory hurdles and reflects the technological progress. The main focus of the symposium is the optimal integration of new renewable energy sources, which is one of the great challenges for the European electricity grids & markets. Network reinforcement, market harmonization and integration are both solutions and problem in one for the various players in the electricity industry. The integration of new technologies and methods to provide grid services and optimise the use of existing infrastructure is changing the face of the electricity industry in the long term.
